Missing a training session is not the end of the world, the important thing is to catch up as quickly as possible. This is also why it is very practical to train every other day in split training. For example: I didn’t do my training session on Monday, but since Tuesday is normally considered a rest day, I took the opportunity to catch up on my workout that I simply couldn’t do on Monday.
There is always a way to arrange this, sometimes you also have to give yourself the means, by doing your session the same evening for example, or even in the morning when you get up 1 hour in advance! And if, like me, you feel that you have a decrease in your diet, which can happen to anyone and you know in advance that you are not going to invest yourself fully (too much fatigue) in your session, do it the next day if possible!
Don’t waste your time!
Don’t waste your time unnecessarily with isolation exercises, only do compound exercises, so intensify your session by taking shorter rest periods as well! In order to increase the intensity of the session without necessarily increasing its duration!
Example: I did 4 sets of wide grip pull-ups, the bread and butter for the development of the width in your back, and 4 super sets of dips for an amazing pump! And now you’re saving time!
Anyway, you miss a session, make up for it as soon as possible!
