These plyometric foam boxes are the perfect tool for improving your vertical and lateral jump. The foam is firm enough to ensure you can stand on it put yet soft enough to prevent any injuries which could occur as a result of a bad jump. Since there are four separate parts to these boxes you do multiple different exercises and workouts, adjusting heights easily as you go.
