Warranty Information
Warranties on products not manufactured by Fitness Equipment Ireland will be observed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Additional warranty information can be found on the product page of the website.
General equipment – 1 year parts 1 year labour (back to base warranty)
Cardio equipment and Machines:
- 5 years frame
- 12 months parts and labour
- 6 months high wear items (such as pedals, saddles and straps)
General information:
- Home use product warranty covers products for use in a private residence only.
- Light commercial covers products for home use and use in non fee paying membership facility such as a school, hospital, hotel with no members, a corporate gym with less than 200 weekly users or a personal training studio.
- Full commercial covers all of the above and also include facilities with fee paying members.
- High wear items – No warranty due to the nature of the product. High wear items include but are not limited to: slam balls, wall balls, resistance bands and exercise loops.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check whether the product they are buying is suitable for their environment, whether that is home use, light commercial or full commercial. If you are not sure please contact [email protected] and we can assist you.
