The Bolt Strength Power Rack with Dual Weight Stack is a revolutionary addition to any facility and represents the progression of functional training. This rack serves as the link between functional training using free weights and cable-based strength training. A range of dual and single cable workouts, including cable crossover, cable flys, lateral raises, pullovers, crunches, lat pulldowns, extensions, rows, and curls, are available to complete on the two separate 100kg weight stacks.
Several of our rig and rack accessories, including dip stations, landmine attachments, and spotter arms, are compatible with the rack. To maximize your performance and save room on your floor, attachments may be put on either side of the rack to open hundreds of training options.
