This machine is designed to optimise biomechanics and comfortability. Our Pro Series padding is top of the range and allows users to enjoy their experience while exercising. The seat angle, footrests, handles and knee pads all work simultaneously to promote a natural range of motion that gives you the best chance to work efficiently and grow muscle. The seat locks the user in place and ensures the adductor muscles are being isolated. Therefore, there is no compensating with other muscles and the exercise will be completely effectively.
How to use:
Choose the proper weight for the adductor machine, and then arrange the seat and leg pads for comfort. Take hold of the handles on either side of the machine, keep your back firmly placed against the backrest and your entire upper body straight and still. Bring your thighs together and press your legs firmly into the machine’s leg pads while exhaling. Squeeze your adductors as you pause for a count of one when you notice a tiny stretching in them. Return to the starting posture slowly while taking a deep breath.
