If you are under a lot of stress from either work or personal life, exercise is great with helping to relieve that because the workouts you do relax the muscles, release tension from the body and can be a great way of getting your mind off of the stressors for however long you are working out for. Working out can also be a great way to interact with people and meet new friends which has been proven to reduce the effects of depression and anxiety.
